Not unlike an oracle deck, this deck can be used for personal reflection and growth. But, this deck is fully rooted in Enneagram.
In the Enneagram world, there are 9 broad types of people, each with their own unique gifts and challenges. I’ve created 5 cards for each type to draw out reflections on the many shades of each type’s energy: The fear, the lie, the struggle, the growth, and the gift.
Building Connections: We’ve created over a dozen intricate spreads that use Enneagram theory to connect with yourself, your relationships, or even a collaborative group! This deck offers direction to meaningful conversations that will help strengthen your understanding of yourself & your connection with others.
A Liberation Lens: The vast majority of Enneagram resources have been created by white, mostly Christians who have not necessarily reflected on how their internal biases come out in their Enneagram teaching. we’ve worked hard to get the sexism, transphobia, racism, homophobia, ableism, and Christian hegemony out of the Enneagram theory I was taught. I hope this will make the wisdom of the Enneagram much more accessible to those of us who are not just straight, Christian, and white.
Trauma Informed: This deck was also created by trauma-informed social workers. Embedded within the cards is information about how trauma works in our bodies and common ways that it shows up within each Enneagram type. While this is not a replacement for therapy- trauma is at the center of everything we do.
Minimized Environmental Impact: This deck was created with the environment in mind. Each deck is made from 100% recycled material from an independent US based print shop, which cuts down on carbon emissions of typical production with international travel.
